No. You don't need to have a spiritual practice or consider yourself psychic. You simply need curiosity and a willingness to explore what may already be within you.
That's more common than you might think. We'll work with the patterns, fears, and protective responses that can make it difficult to trust or express what you're experiencing.
All calls will be recorded, and you will have liftetime access to the recordings.
